About Civil Department

         The Department of Civil Engineering has been in existence since the inception of SCT in 2013 and has grown into a full-fledged department with specialization in STRUCTURAL Engineering and Facilities of department include laboratory for Concrete and material testing, Fluid mechanics, Geology, Geotechnical engineering, and Transportation engineering. Computer center is available with latest software’s. The department for training and placement of the students puts in special efforts. Students are also encouraged and provided guidance to appear for GATE and other competitive examinations like MPSC, IES, etc. 

        Besides high quality teaching and instruction at both UG and PG levels, the Department is actively involved in basic and applied research and consultancy and provides high quality technical advisory support through various R&D projects and consultancy to various organizations. The faculty members of the department are involved in high quality research and consultancy activities.
