Virtual Presentation

 

         ICIBCMS Virtual Platform will be enable for National & International participants to present the papers from their office / home in the conference at Selvam College of Technology. Remote Presentation sharing and audio conference will provide new conferencing experience without travel / funding hassles.

 

      Registered participants will be provided with login details to remotely access & present their paper. Participation Certificates will be issued to all the registered participants.

 

          All the authors of the paper can participate with single registration.

 

Virtual Presentation Procedure

 

   Dear Virtual Participants,

         Step 1 : Make Arrangement for presentation

                             1. Desktop PC or Laptop

                             2. Webcam.

                             3. Headphone with Mic.

                             4. Internet Connection

         Step 2 : Install TEAM VIEWER software setup

 

 

 

         Step 3 : User Id & Password creation

        After the installation create user name in TEAM VIEWER software and then send your user name, Password and Paper reference number to this mail id : icibcms18@selvamtech.edu.in

 

             Scheduled Time for Presentation

    Rehearsal Presentation – on 15th March 2018 at 10.30AM to 02.30PM

    Final Presentation – on 16th March 2018 at 02.30AM to 05.00PM
